How TAM is adapting to Covid-19
We're a small family business, operated by myself and my wife. We can't thank you enough for supporting us and our journey. The majority of our products are made in house, but we work with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our apparel, phone accessories, and masks. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer, but your order will reach you.
Order delays during Covid-19
For months now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal with the changes, and we're hoping it'll be over soon.
We're staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays.
Here are the estimates as of March we are currently looking at:
● Patches: 2-3 business days
● Vinyl stickers & skins: 2-5 business days
● Phone cases: 2-5 business days
● Drinkware: 9-12 business days
● Apparel: 4-8 business days
● Neck Gaiters: 4-8 business days
● Flip Flops: 4-8 business days
● Bags: 12-18 business days
● Preorders: 4-6 weeks
I know this isn't what you guys are used to, so I'm grateful for your patience as you continue coming back to our brand and enjoying our products.
Some good news is, we now have more time to focus on some exciting designs we previously didn't have time for. Stay tuned for more additions to our product lines!
